- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the Nigerian and Ghanaian markets, while aligning with SportyBet’s global brand vision.
- Produce compelling content for various social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on football culture and trends in Nigeria and Ghana.
- Engage actively with our community, responding to comments and queries in a manner that reflects local nuances and expressions.
- Leverage your deep knowledge of football, including local leagues, teams, players, and fan culture, to create content that genuinely connects with football fans.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through regular competitor analysis, and craft innovative social media campaigns targeted at football enthusiasts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, ensuring social media efforts complement broader marketing campaigns.
- Edit and produce dynamic video content for platforms like TikTok, Shorts, Instagram, and Twitter, focusing on Nigerian and Ghanaian football.Manage social media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Build relationships with influencers, sports personalities, and local football communities to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Eligibility Requirements
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing social media for brands in the sports or betting industry.
- Extensive knowledge of football in Nigeria and Ghana, including local and national leagues.Skilled in social media management tools, analytics, and content creation software, including video editing.
- Creative and innovative in developing social media campaigns that appeal to football fans.Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.Knowledge of the sports betting and online gaming industry is a significant plus.
