Eligibility Requirements

Experience:

Essential: 2 years’ administration experience, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines

Essential: Experience working effectively in a team

Desirable: NHS Experience

Skills:

Essential: Excellent verbal and communication skills, organized approach to work, attention to detail

Essential: Ability to manage workload, work alone, or as part of a team

Essential: Ability to handle conflicting demands and manage multiple projects

Essential: Knowledge of Information Governance, Confidentiality, equality, and diversity issues

Essential: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in Customer care and/or communication training
  • Knowledge of event management, booking systems, and delegate liaison

Qualifications:

Essential: GCSE grades A-C in maths and English or equivalent

Essential: NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or significant equivalent experience

Desirable: Customer Care/Communications Skills Course.
