Essential: 2 years’ administration experience, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines

Essential: Ability to manage workload, work alone, or as part of a team
Essential: Ability to handle conflicting demands and manage multiple projects
Essential: Knowledge of Information Governance, Confidentiality, equality, and diversity issues
Essential: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Customer care and/or communication training
- Knowledge of event management, booking systems, and delegate liaison
Essential: GCSE grades A-C in maths and English or equivalent
